1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Yusi Project, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Yusi Project on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing on that organization's behalf, and you confirm you have the authority to do so.
2. What Yusi Project is
Yusi Project is a web-based project management tool. It lets a team organize work into projects, milestones, task lists, and tasks, and includes an AI-assisted generation feature that turns a written description into a draft project structure for you to review and edit before anything is saved.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@yusitek.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Yusi Project to store or share unlawful content, attempt to access another organization's data, interfere with the service's operation, or attempt to circumvent its security controls.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the projects, tasks, comments, and files you add to Yusi Project. You're responsible for having the right to store and share anything you upload.
6. AI-generated content
When you use AI project generation, nothing is saved until you review the draft and confirm it. AI output can be wrong — check dates, task breakdowns, and any other details before relying on them. See our Privacy Policy for how your project description is processed to generate a draft.
7. Termination
You can stop using Yusi Project and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Yusi Project is provided “as is,” during an active pilot phase, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Yusi Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction to be finalized].
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
